Their weekly maintenance includes everything you’d want: thorough brushing, precise chemical balancing, and emptying both the skimmer and pump baskets. What really impresses me is the communication — every week I receive an email with photos of the completed work, which adds a layer of transparency and professionalism that’s hard to find.

we have had several pool services over the years and since we moved to Chandler five years ago, we hired Next Level pool services to take care of our pool on a weekly basis. We have been very happy with their responsiveness, their professionalism. We always know when they’re coming because it’s the same time each week and they send us a email every week when they come and show a picture of the pool and tell us which they completed service and list which chemicals are used and if they’ve encountered any problems, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool service!

John is wonderful to work with. He has serviced our vacation home’s pool for years and we have been beyond pleased with him. We trust him and have seen him go above and being time and time again. I highly recommend his services!

Truly “Next Level” service! We’ve worked with several pool maintenance companies over the years, and wish we’d found Next Level Pools sooner. In the past year Brandon, Shawn and Dylan have provided consistent & reliable service. They are responsive - when you text or call with an issue, they get back to you quickly. They have demonstrated that they have the knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues. Pool is always clean, water chemistry is always properly balanced. Very professional, respectful of our property, easy to work with. Fair and competitively priced. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with our pool maintenance service from Next Level Pools. Cameron, our service provider, is excellent and a pleasure to check in with each visit. We get a weekly. report of services provided , ph numbers etc. I would also give Cameron and Next Level a shout out for the tremendous cleaning of our pool after that huge Haboob hit our area!! Great job!!

I can’t say enough good things about Next Level Pools and Brandon, the owner. This guy knows his stuff! Over the years, I’ve hired countless pool companies, and honestly, none have come close to the level of service, professionalism, and knowledge that Brandon and his team bring. They actually show up (which is rare these days), they don’t just do the bare minimum, they take the time to educate you about your pool, explain what’s going on, and make sure everything is done right the first time. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and their customers. If you want a pool company that actually takes things to the next level—this is the one. Highly recommend!

Tried to make an appointment for these guys to come and look at my pool to start service. I waited all day and took time oof of work just for them to tell me they could not make it with a 35 minute notice. Bad start with any company. I would not recommend

Wow, I needed a pool repair, and my neighbor recommended Brandon and team. They were able to get to me same day. And, price was less than my pool guy who couldn't get to it soon enough. Will work with Next Level go forward.

Highly recommend Brandon and Next Level Pool Services. They are competitively priced, were great to work with on equipment replacement and service issues, and went above and beyond to help us identify the problem and then find an electrician to assist with it when we had issues with a disconnected line.

Brandon did amazing job, he fixed cartridge filter leak and found another important issue next morning after I contacted him.
